Reservations and Bookings
All reservations must be made by e-mail / online form reservation / WhatsApp messenger. Payments can be made by transfer to our bank account in Indonesia. Account numbers will be provided in the corresponding invoice.
Nayara Liveaboard will not be responsible for any bank costs related to the transfer made by the clients for the vessel deposit or balance payment. Nayara Liveaboard will automatically offer to other guests if this booking fee is not received within the stated period of time.
Payment of The Balance
20% of the total price of the booking is to be paid as pre-payment. This pre-payment has to take place within 7 days of time of booking; otherwise the reservation will be annulled.
For single bookings the remaining price is to be paid no later than 30 days before the date of departure.
For partial and full charter reservations a 2nd pre-payment of 30% of the total price is to be paid 60 days before the date of departure. The payment of the remaining booking price has to take place no later than 30 days before the date of departure.
If full payment of the balance is not received by this date, Nayara Liveaboard can cancel the booking and enforce the cancellation policy as set out in the Cancellation Policy below.
Short Notice Bookings
Full payment must be made at the time of booking if the reservation is made less than 14 days prior to departure for individual booking, and 30 days prior to departure for full charter booking.
Cancellation Fee Policy
Cancellation costs for individual bookings:
- More than 30 days prior to departure: 20% of total invoice costs.
- 30 – 15 days prior to departure: 50% of total invoice costs.
- 14 – 0 days prior to departure, non-appearance on departure day: 100% of total invoice.
Cancellation costs for part and full charter bookings:
- More than 60 days prior to departure: 20% of total invoice costs.
- 60 – 31 days prior to departure: 50% of total invoice costs.
- 30 – 0 days prior to departure, non-appearance on departure day: 100% of total invoice.
- 7 days prior to departure client must inform: ID card/PASSPORT and Transfer in-out.
- Check in time : 09.00 a.m.
- Check out time : 10.00 a.m. (depend on the availability)
